Description of the PlanThe existing interventions are measures taken in the health sector to improve the health status through preventing and treating various diseases. Information is presented to specific populations in a given country, including the health benefits and threats faced by the people, by providing tools to change the behaviors in a particular health setting.Through the SDGs, training in the local healthcare workforces is enhanced, leading to a long-lasting goal to convert global health education through building international health education sectors in the countries related to the SDGs. SDGs also ensure healthy lives in a given population, promoting the well-being of all ages. Ensure healthy lives and promote well-being for all at all ages.Health education in South Africa is essential to the country because the most significant part of the population in the country does not have enough health skills. The government has developed a strategy of building various health infrastructures to facilitate health education through this. More clinicians and health types of equipment have been put into place to improve the health services in the available health facilities to provide the highest quality of health services. Clinicians have also received more education on dealing with patients with different illnesses. The health sector in South Africa has also established a language interpreter system in every health facility to interpret the unknown language for both the health providers and the patients.The plan to have health education is appropriate to the communities in the country because cultural behaviors and beliefs are manipulated where the community is provided with civilized health education. We considered getting more information on the community’s views on health matters through this. The results we found are that the community believes in herbals provided by the medicine men in the community and does not rely on any other source of medication and treatment.Implementation of the PlanHealth teaching implementation will be enhanced by providing health education for families and educating youths on sexually transmitted infections. This will be effective by providing health education to every family in the community, where we create an awareness of having a gathering of the community members. Through this, we expressed the benefits of having a health education to the community. Educating youth on sexually transmitted infections was also enhanced when we gathered all youths in a particular governmental hall where we educated the youths on the dangers of having STIs. Through this, we provided the youths with condoms to prevent the expansion of sexually transmitted diseases. Health education was also crucial to the youths because they could understand various family planning methods and the benefits.The health care professionals to be utilized to provide health teaching are the nurses because they are closer to the patients and their needs. The funding source for the health teaching was the government health ministries that were also willing to provide financial support to the health education sectors. World health organization, an agency of the United Nations, offered full permission to implement health education for the population. This provided various health equipment like gloves, masks, stencils, and health gowns.Evaluation of the PlanAs a nurse, I will conduct efficient health education by creating public awareness in the community two weeks before the beginning of the health education. After deciding on the venue, I encouraged the population to provide their identity to know the number of the people who came to the health education meeting. I facilitated a group discussion where various ideas were shared. Through this, different people came out with their different opinions, which descended the understanding of the day’s topic to many. As they resumed their residential places, I gave them free t-shirts and capes to encourage others about the benefits of attending the education meeting. Through this, the number of those who attended was multiplied by two leading to passing the health education to many.
